specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of precision
components. With a registered capital of 2 million RMB and a lean,
efficient team, the company focuses on the precision manufacturing
sector and deeply engages in the high-end core parts segment for
analytical instruments, committed to providing the industry with
high-quality, customized precision component solutions.
The company’s core business focuses on sampling cones and skimmer cones for mass spectrometers. It also provides customized services using nickel, tungsten,
platinum, molybdenum and other materials, covering diverse
application scenarios such as routine analysis and complex matrices
with high salt content or strong acids. The products are compatible
with mainstream ICP-MS instrument brands including PerkinElmer
(PE), Agilent and Thermo Fisher.
The core products deliver outstanding performance: the orifice
diameter of sampling cones ranges from 0.8–1.2 mm, and that of
skimmer cones from 0.4–0.8 mm, with dimensional precision
controlled to ±0.005 mm, effectively ensuring ion transmission
efficiency and instrument sensitivity. Materials include standard
nickel cones (suitable for routine aqueous samples) and
tungsten/molybdenum alloy cones (acid-resistant and
high-temperature resistant, suitable for complex matrix samples),
fully meeting application requirements in different scenarios.
Relying on core technologies, the company has built an integrated
business layout of core parts + customized processing + technical services. It also conducts design and processing of precision jigs and
molds, metal surface treatment and heat treatment, as well as
R&D and sales of mechanical equipment and electronic
instruments, comprehensively meeting the diversified needs of
customers.
Adhering to technology innovation as a driving force, the company
holds a total of 11 patents covering key fields such as precision
component structures and preparation methods. It has passed the
ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and established a
comprehensive full-process quality control system, with strict
checks from raw material selection and processing by various
high-precision CNC core equipment to finished product inspection,
ensuring product quality. At present, the company processes and
produces 650,000 pieces of various high-precision components
annually, with stable production capacity enabling efficient mass
delivery and customized production.
